Priorities

Government doesn’t grant our rights – it’s supposed to protect them. As a husband and father, I’ll defend the right to worship freely, raise strong families, and live by the values that built this nation.

• Champion prayer in schools and public expression of our Christian faith, including displays of the Ten Commandments.
• Ban radical gender ideology and leftist political indoctrination in education to protect our children.
• Enforce strict pro-life laws, defund Planned Parenthood, and exapand support for adoption and family services.
• Eliminate federal discrimination against people of faith and ensure religious exemptions from mandates violating beliefs.
• Defend traditional marriage as between one man and one woman while promoting strong family policies.

The Second Amendment guarantees every other right. It’s non-negotiable and not up for compromise.

• Oppose red flag laws and any federal gun registries.
• Expand national concealed carry reciprocity.
• Roll back unconstitutional gun restrictions and end ATF abuse of power.
• End federal gun-free zones that leave citizens defenseless.
• Encourage voluntary firearm safety training without government mandates.
• Oppose bans on semi-automatic firearms, standard-capacity magazines, and other commonly owned arms and accessories.
• Protect gun manufacturers and sellers from frivolous lawsuits through enforcement of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
• Reject international gun control efforts, including the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
• Advocate for deregulating suppressors by removing them from the National Firearms Act.
• Oppose mandatory gun storage laws that hinder quick access for self-defense.

Freedom is a personal responsibility, not a government privilege. Texans deserve a representative who will fight to protect your rights, not trade them for power.

• Oppose every bill that expands government power or spending.
• Reject warrantless surveillance and unconstitutional data collection.
• Rein in unelected bureaucrats through congressional oversight.
• Repeal mandates that violate personal choice or privacy.

I’ve fought alongside America’s heroes. We must honor their service with action, not slogans. I’ve seen brothers and sisters in arms struggle to get the care and benefits they earned. That’s not acceptable. I’ll fight to fix a system that forgets its promises and make sure veterans and first responders are never left behind.

• End red flag systems that that disproportionately affect law-abiding veterans.
• Reform the VA to ensure timely, high-quality healthcare for all veterans.
• Eliminate bureaucratic hurdles in the benefits claims process to reduce wait times and backlogs.
• Streamline the benefits process so no veteran is lost in paperwork.
• Increase funding for mental health services, including alternative therapies, to combat veteran suicide.
• Pass the Major Richard Star Act to allow disabled veterans to receive full retirement pay and disability compensation concurrently.
• Fully fund and expand the PACT Act to provide comprehensive care for veterans exposed to toxic substances.
• Prioritize job programs and community reintegration for veterans.
• Support better benefits for police, firefighters, and EMTs.

America’s interests must always come before foreign agendas. I’ll fight to end wasteful spending overseas, rebuild our strength at home, and make sure our resources serve the American people first.

• End reckless foreign aid and redirect funds to secure our border and care for veterans.
• Withdraw from endless wars and focus the military on protecting American soil.
• Enforce fair trade policies that bring jobs and manufacturing back to the U.S.

Free and fair elections are the foundation of our Republic. I’ll fight to make sure every legal vote counts, every ballot is verified, and every election is secure.

• Require photo ID for all federal elections, with free IDs for low-income citizens.
• Enforce strict chain-of-custody rules and felony penalties for ballot tampering.
• Advocate for post-election audits in every state using hand recounts and blockchain tracking.
• Require regular cleaning and verification of voter rolls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Make Election Day a federal holiday so every working American can vote in person.

Congress should work for the people, not for itself. It’s time to end corruption and the culture of entitlement in Washington.

• Enact term limits through a Constitutional amendment.
• Ban stock trading and ownership for members of Congress.
• Repeal the 17th Amendment to restore accountability of U.S. Senators to state legislatures.
• Require full transparency in all federal spending.
• End the revolving door between Congress and lobbyists.

Medical decisions belong to individuals and their doctors, not bureaucrats or politicians. I’ll fight to protect medical freedom, defend privacy, and keep Washington out of personal health choices.

• Oppose government-run healthcare and protect free-market competition.
• Demand the immediate removal of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines from the market due to documented evidence of serious adverse events and unacceptable safety risks.
• End federal liability shields that place pharmaceutical companies above the law and restore Americans’ full constitutional right to seek redress in court.
• Defend medical choice and privacy for all Americans.
• Ban federal mandates on vaccines and medical procedures.
• Ensure no citizen is punished or discriminated against for personal health decisions.
• Promote transparency in food and medicine to support preventive health.

• Pass a national Parents’ Bill of Rights that guarantees transparency in education.
• Expand unregulated school choice so funding follows the child without federal strings.
• Abolish the U.S. Department of Education and return power to states and communities.
• Ban taxpayer funding for radical gender ideology in schools.
• Protect parental consent in all medical and educational decisions.

Energy independence is economic independence. With over a decade in oil and gas, I know firsthand how Texas energy powers America’s security and prosperity. I’ll fight to keep Texas the backbone of our strength, cut federal overreach, and push back against green mandates that drive up costs and kill jobs.

• Unleash American energy by ending the left’s assault on fossil fuels and immediately reopening drilling leases on federal lands.
• Eliminate burdensome federal regulations and block activist lawsuits that hinder energy production and innovation.
• Repeal the 16th Amendment and enact the FairTax to abolish the income tax system and promote economic growth through a fair consumption tax.
• Safeguard and expand U.S. refining capacity while boosting domestic oil, gas, and coal production for true energy dominance.
• Prioritize veteran hiring and training programs in energy sectors to build a skilled workforce and honor their service.
• Oppose radical green deals and subsidies for unreliable renewables that threaten grid reliability and jobs.
• Support strategic tariffs on imported energy to protect American producers and ensure national security.

Texans value freedom, and that includes financial freedom. I’ll fight to protect the right to innovate, invest, and build without government control or surveillance.

• Oppose federal digital currencies that threaten privacy and financial independence.
• Repeal SEC overreach and outdated regulations on cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• Promote blockchain innovation and energy-efficient mining that creates Texas jobs.
• Support tax incentives and research partnerships that grow the digital economy.
• Encourage education on financial security and responsible cryptocurrency use.

Good health starts with personal responsibility and access to real food, not government mandates or corporate lobbyists. I’ll fight to make nutrition and prevention a national priority so every American has the freedom and knowledge to live a healthy life.

• Support state and locally led nutrition education initiatives that equip families and students with the knowledge to prevent obesity, diabetes, and chronic disease.
• Prohibit harmful additives, seed oils, and artificial dyes in public school meals and push for nationwide food safety reforms.
• Abolish the FDA and replace it with a limited federal role focused on stopping fraud and requiring honest labeling – not telling people what to eat or how to live.
• Remove federal barriers that disadvantage local farmers while expanding direct-to-consumer sales that allow communities to access real food without federal interference.
• End federal policies that bias medical education toward pharmaceutical treatment and allow institutions to expand training in nutrition and preventive care.

Texans don’t need Washington to run our grid or manage our floods. We need the freedom to handle our own challenges without D.C. interference. I will fight to cut red tape, return tax dollars to Texas, and keep local control where it belongs.

• Eliminate unconstitutional federal regulations that hinder local infrastructure development and disaster recovery efforts.
• Limit federal spending to its constitutional responsibilities so Texans keep more of their own money to invest in state and local infrastructure priorities.
• Advocate for flexible, non-coercive federal grants that empower local governments to tailor flood mitigation strategies to their specific communities.
• Defend ERCOT and the Texas power grid from federal overreach while strengthening grid reliability, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
• Strengthen protections for ERCOT against terrorist attacks and nation-state threats through enhanced intelligence sharing, cybersecurity coordination, and rapid response planning.
• Oppose national mandates on energy infrastructure that undermine Texas sovereignty, innovation, and market-driven solutions.

Washington doesn’t have a revenue problem – it has a spending problem. Texans live within their means. So should Congress.

• Champion a Balanced Budget Amendment to enforce fiscal discipline and end deficit spending.
• Abolish wasteful agencies and redundant programs to streamline government and cut bureaucracy.
• Mandate annual audits of the Federal Reserve and all federal spending for full transparency and accountability.
• Cut foreign aid to countries hostile to American interests and prioritize taxpayer dollars at home.
• Support the FairTax Act to eliminate the IRS and replace income taxes with a fair national consumption tax.

The Constitution isn’t a suggestion. Every word matters.

• Block unconstitutional executive orders and overreach.
• Rein in unelected bureaucrats and activist judges.
• Uphold the separation of powers and protect federalism.
• Require all legislation to cite its specific constitutional authority.

Every bill should stand on its own. No more backroom deals.

• Fight for single-subject legislation in Congress.
• Ban unrelated riders or hidden amendments.
• Publish all bills online 72 hours before any vote.
• Require plain-language summaries so citizens can see exactly what’s being voted on.
